Is the battery removable?
The K7PRO comes with a built‑in battery. While it is technically possible to remove it, the process is complex and not recommended for most users. The vast majority of our customers use the scooter without ever removing the battery.

Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
Yes, we do. We can ship the K7PRO to many international destinations. Simply provide us with your exact shipping address, and we will calculate the additional shipping cost based on your location.
If I order the off‑road tire version, do I need to install the tires myself?
No, you do not need to install them. Because the off‑road tire installation process is quite complex, our technicians will install the tires for you before shipping.
However, please be aware of the following lead times:
·Installation takes approximately 14 business days
·The off‑road tire version (K7 Pro) is shipped from overseas, so total delivery time is about 30 business days after your order is confirmed
We handle the installation to ensure safety and proper fitment—so you can ride right out of the box.
What is a refurbished K7PRO?
A refurbished K7PRO refers to a unit that was returned by a previous customer during the shipping process —typically because the order was canceled while already in transit. In these cases, the outer packaging box may damaged during the back-and-forth shipping, so the scooter cannot be sold as "new" due to our strict quality standards.
Important:
·The scooter itself has never been opened or used —it is brand new and fully functional.
·There are no performance issues, scratches, or missing parts.
·The only compromise is the damaged outer box.
If you do not mind the cosmetic condition of the packaging, the refurbished K7PRO is an excellent way to save money while receiving a completely unused product. It comes with the same warranty as a new unit. Just contact our support team to check current refurbished availability.
