Return & Refund Policy

Tomofree believes in the quality of our products and our customers to shop with confidence, therefore Tomofree provides our customers with 30-Day No Hassle return and exchange service. But before returning or exchanging any goods, please be sure to read the following terms.

Returns, Refunds and Restocking Policies are applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes/scooters sold by Tomofree.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Returns of Items with Quality Problems

Although we firmly believe in the quality of the product, there is still a small chance that the product will fail before leaving the factory or during transportation. If you encounter this situation, we feel very sorry, and you can choose to send the product back by using the shipping back label we provide with you to us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery without paying any fees.

 

Returns of Change of Minds

We understand that there are instances when you might change your mind about your purchases and you can choose to send the product back to us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. After we confirm your request for returns, we will send you the Shipping Back Label and there will be a 12% Re-Stocking Fee applied for all Change of Mind returns which will be deducted from your final refund.

 

Please note that before any return or exchange, please send an email to support@tomofree.com, including proof of purchase, product photos and reasons for return and exchange, we will verify and confirm, otherwise Tomofree has the right to deny this return or exchange Legitimacy. The product (both Change mind and defective at arrival) to be sent back to us must not have major man-made damage, otherwise we will charge an extra Depreciation Fee of 5-15% according to the degree of damage. We will inspect the product as soon as possible after receiving it, and arrange refund or exchange it for you. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

 

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a Processing Fee of 15% to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return. Once it arrives back to us, we will issue a refund for the purchase price within 15% Processing Fee deducted via your original payment method.
