* Please note that we currently only ship to the United States.

 

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fees depend upon the products and method of delivery. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.

Ebikes and Scooters Orders within the continental United States (48 states & DC) are all eligible for Free Shipping .

Orders to EU, Canada, Alaska,Hawaii & Puerto Rico, are only seasonal available and with extra fee, may not be applicable, please consult before purchasing.

EU: ebike 120USD 

Canada: ebike 150USD; scooter 70USD 

Alaska,Hawaii & Puerto Rico: ebike 400USD；scooter 200USD

Some Parts & Accessories that are not in the US warehouse, have options of Air Shipping with Extra Fee (will be calculated at check out) .

 

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 Business Days.

Air Shipping from overseas: 6-10 Business Days.

 

PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays would be processed the next business day.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancel Orders before receiving the product: you need to contact us to check if the order has been shipped out yet, if not not shipped out, 4% of the order amount will be charged as a processing fee to cancel the order; if shipped out, 8% of the order amount will be charged as a processing fee to cancel the order.

Return & Refund after receiving the produt: please read our Return & Refund pollicy.

Refund will be issued to you when the cancellation/return process is confirmed, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Some pre-ordered items will not be shipped until a later date as indicated in the product description. 

 

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Orders can only be shipped to exact address (We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes) and are usually shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with Shipping label on them. Packages that are shipped via Standard Shipping are typically left at the door. Tomofree does not have any control in the discretion of courier. If you want a signature of reception please consult before making the order.
