Please note that Tomofree does not save your credit/debit card number or personal information entered into the payment fields when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on your credit/debit card, please consult the bank that issued your credit/debit card.
3. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.
4. You may be charged additional fees (such as foreign transaction fee or cross border fee) or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit/debit card issuer. These are not tomofree.com charges or fees, and we have any control over this or any way to mitigate this. Please contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions regarding potential charges or fees.
5. Some checkout process may occur to 3D Verification by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.
6. PRICING AND TAXES: Orders placed on tomofree.com for delivery to US may be subject to state taxes, which would be calculated at check out and needed to be paid by the customers.
7. If you placed an order that was submitted but not accepted, cancelled, or is still processing, you may still see a pending charge on your method of payment. You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page.
